      Pros

      The benefits are good. There are some great people who work there. Parties and events are great.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. — Everyone is looking for the shoe to drop on them. No clear strategy from leadership. Always pulled in a new direction. Getting leadership approval takes forever. You will hear about a change that still isn’t announced months later. Too many leaders without a unified company vision and goal.

      I supposed absolute chaos brings opportunity?

      Cons

      This company is failing its people almost beyond repair. Leadership does not take this seriously enough to pause on growth and address the problems at the core. The problems are like step children in the basement, not heard or talked about. There is no trust, collaboration, or cooperation. Do better.

      -Salary is great and definitely some of the best and smartest people I've ever met!

      Cons

      -They hire people under false job descriptions. I went through so many interviews without being told 80% of the duties that I was going to be doing. Very misleading. -Very fake Diversity and Inclusion efforts....offer so many mental health freebies since they know you'll need them.
