      Pros

      Used to have such a great dynamic between workers and had a great vibe with everyone.

      Cons

      Got absorbed by Media Monks and is a shell of what it used to be. There was a mass exodus after folks like me were let go at the end of 2023. Good luck having good work-life balance. Everyone is tapped out to the max as a cog in a bigger machine now that doesn’t care about its workers even further. Definitely stay away if you’re able to.

      Easy to balance with freelance work. Not that much to do. Great coworkers

      Cons

      -The bar was very low for creative copywriting work. -Lots of short (1-2 day) projects that -Stuck on the same boring project for years - there's a structural inflexibility that made me feel totally stuck and without a voice.
