      They offer a great benefits package that’s hard to come across.

      Understaffed which defaults to the work load being quite heavy.

      Pros

      The benefits are really well. You have a gym membership, insurance and 2 days remote working.

      Cons

      You don't get any salary review after a year and they don't value their employees as they should. People who don't necessarily deserve it are being promoted and the ones who actually do the work, do not get recognized.
