Pros

People Work life balance depending on the team Decent perks Big clients, majority of them are fun to work with

Cons

Constant layoffs, leading to stress because the decision is not based on performance more so based on how profitable you can be. Lack of integration with said other agencies. Constant talks about becoming “one”. It’s been years and it is still very much isolated. AI as a buzzword. Eye roll. Poor career advancement/no raises/no promotions. Preferred to line investors pockets than to pay the workers who deserve it.

Pros

Some genuinely good, smart, low ego people coming in from many of the acquired teams. Advanced in tech.

Cons

Company is struggling financially on a market level, which ends up resulting in fragmented leadership, constant cuts, and a culture of fear and confusion.
