      Nice employees and collegues and clients can be fun with exciting projects

      Cons

      Senior leadership is lacking the leadership piece. Promotions are non existent and cost cutting is a constant.

      Pros

      Large company that provides various services and extra curricular if you go seeking for them. My position was fully remote with options to go in office, which was a very nice location in Venice Beach. If it was closer I would go in more often. When I started the culture was the most ideal - working with a team that was extremely collaborative.

      Cons

      Internal business decisions and client decisions have affected smaller teams with rounds of layoffs, minimal annual pay increase, and cutting down on services such as LinkedIn learning and switching health care providers. I've felt morale and culture go downhill since I first started and it's extremely unfortunate.
