      Pros

      High calibre creatives. Respect your 8 hours of work. Global network and exposure.

      Cons

      C-suite politics spillover to affect creatives. Increment isn't every year, and the percentage would not curb against inflation. Infrequent project you would put into portfolio.

      Good and interesting projects, uses current technology, plenty of talented people to learn from

      Cons

      Company wen through several rounds of downsizing in the last year, wages frozen for the most part. Handling and communication of the situation was lackluster and felt improvised. Don't have a lot of trust in leadership.
