      Work from home most days Mainly remote work Managers are remote as well Good communication with managers/clinical managers Good pay Great job orientation

      Very disorganized Constantly change, nearly every single day Company is under 5 years old No real structure Patients feel “bothered” and “harassed” Call center is “disconnected” when it comes to patient care Too many chiefs not enough Indians They request licensed individuals to complete tasks in other states they are not licensed in…..BEWARE!

      Reimbursed for mileage and don’t have to work weekends or holidays.

      Cons

      There is a high turnover and poor management. Management hire their friends who are under qualified for other management positions. It’s all about who you know with this company to be promoted. Also, there is no diversity and management shows favoritism amongst their employees.
