Pros

Good coworkers and unlimited PTO

Cons

CEO has no idea how to run a business. Ego is getting to him. The big sales pitch for the product is “Architects are not business people” and that’s very clear with his leadership

Unstable Leadership

Pros

Most employees work remote Computer is provided, stipend issued for additional supplies/setup

Cons

Monograph is unstable and decisions are made rashly. Two of the three Co-Founders left, which was writing on the wall. There is no opportunity for advancement or improvement. There have been several "mass layoffs" and morale is complete garbage. Although "people first" is one of the most harped on company "value," it is clear that there is no value in the people that work there. If you are prepared to be "a number," this may be a great place for you! Internal/interdepartmental communication remains the #1 thing that needs to be fixed after each review, but nothing has changed. Everything is a surprise, and in the absolute worst way.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we’re sorry to hear your experience wasn’t what you hoped, we want to share some additional context. As part of Monograph’s evolution, two of our co-founders transitioned out of day-to-day operations to make space for experienced leadership from companies with a history of scaling successfully. We view this as a major step forward, not backward. Building a sustainable company means evolving our leadership as we scale, and we’re proud of the team we have in place today. We know communication and clarity are critical, especially during times of change. While we’re continually working to improve, we remain committed to building a culture where people feel supported and set up for success. We appreciate your time with us and wish you the best in your next chapter. — The Monograph Team

Pros

The app is designed to help architects operate more efficiently and ultimately, more profitably. It's simple to use, and they help you learn it for free!

Cons

Just like anything, bad data in = bad data out.
