4-Day work week is real as is the people-first culture. The team is experimental & it's an environment where you can fail. A ton of ownership, somewhere you can learn & grow. Transparency from leadership. Really fun team. They value design, which I love.

Cons

Early-stage startup growing pains and uncertainties.

Cons

Company hired too quickly and then the market became mildly questionable. Board forces layoffs and CEO goes along with it.
