Cons

While there are definitely many Pros the Cons are winners hands down. Not a healthy working environment in any way, shape or form. To much politics. Less kissing up and more actual work and training would have been nice.

Opportunities for advancement with new store openings Senior Management and headquarters are responsive and proactive. Part of Richemont, nice benefits.

Cons

Tiny work environment, you will be on-top of your coworkers. Small Sales Team, if someone calls out your schedule is immediately impacted - limited work/life balance. Training is hands-on and not comprehensive. You are left to figure a lot out on your own, have to partner with people from other stores to navigate your way through the maze.
