Great promise--especially given the lure of Richemont. However Montblanc doesn't deliver on the promise.

Cons

No one at the company is happy. It's truly a shame. Long hours without ever a kind word.

Pros

Product is and always has been nice, new watch product is getting a lot of attention. Brand recognition around the world is high and the historical relevance of the writing instruments is great.

Cons

From the top down this company is mismanaged across all areas of business. High expectations from "The Germans" with little to no knowledge of how to get to the end goal. They want it done yesterday, but don't want to support their employees with any help, budget, or training support. Self-taught which helped my productivity; no recognition whatsoever for increasing sales.

Absolute the best writing instruments in the world, bar none! Exquisite pieces, handmade watches and jewelery, I felt almost honored to be able to be part of the organization.

Cons

Lack of proffessional growth opportunities, salary is mediocre, sense of urgency to resolve issues within the company remains to be seen.
