I worked in the School of Business and loved it. The hours, salary, benefits and team were great. But I know that it varies greatly according to each department.

Cons

High bureaucracy. Too much gossip.

The department I work in has a wonderful group of people who genuinely care about the work they do and the students they have.

Cons

Unfortunately, not all departments function this way and it really is a case-by-case situation if you take a job at this University.
