      Pros

      Great work environment and good opportunities for development. Supervisors and managers are sympathetic and well-trained. The campus has a view of NYC and lots of greenery.

      Cons

      It's out of the way, unless you live in Montclair. The pay could be better.

      Pros

      MSU offered me a part time Zumba fitness instructor position. It was wonderful with decent pay (for a college job) and gave me a great platform and opportunities within the university

      Cons

      Pay was not as high as fitness industry but given the expectations was reasonable and fair
