      They have a very large and aggressive agenda for implementing many new systems - seems to be an unlimited tax paid budget.

      Cons

      Don't have the internal corporate culture to implement the massive changes required. Inexperienced leadership to make these changes in a higher ed environment. Relying on consultants with very high turnover. Replaced almost every PM in the last 18 months. Replacing staff, knowledge, and skills. Very little job stability for consultants. You can be gone at any moment. Best people left on their own, saw the writing on the wall. Large internal IT staff who leave at 3-4 o'clock not accountable for major projects.
