      Most positions are state employee positions. The benefits are great and the campus is up and rising.

      Upper management does very little for employee changes. Morale is vey low in some departments.

      Administrators have a holier-than-thou attitude. Some directors aren't as great as they think they are. When hiring new administrators and professional staff they go for style over substance.
