What you describe is not what we strive for. Our Flexible Planned Vacation Policy was designed to promote this value and encourage a healthy work/life balance. Under this policy, employees are not restricted to a fixed number of vacation days; instead, they have the flexibility to take as many days off as needed with manager approval, while fulfilling work obligations. Lastly, to encourage openness and transparency, Moog has always operated with an Open Door Policy. Under this Policy, employees can approach any leader in the company to discuss an idea, issue, or problem.
