Cons

Management has bad communication skills, constantly getting told one thing, then told something different not too long after. Not sure who my boss is, haven't spoke with him in at least 2 months

Cons

Low end of pay for the industry. Additionally, Moog has consistently removed benefits that they touted as things that make it a great place to work, ex. removed straight OT pay Moog does not provide much in the way of growth opportunities or mentoring for their early career employees. The most competent employees leave unless they get new opportunities for growth
