      A Great Multi-Generational Story With an Awful Ending

      The history, the people, and the once-incredible culture that truly captured the essence of “We’re All In This TOGETHER.”

      Cons

      Pandering to a corrupt government regime, and interpreting Brandon’s vaccine mandate/dictate as “legislation.” Affording the entire organization no time to prepare. You have certain members of management speaking to employees about vaccination as if they were livestock. I’m not sure this aligns with the culture handbook.

      Pros

      Work is interesting, most people in the company (non-management) are good to work with and willing to help.

      Cons

      Used to be a great place to work. New CEO that took over a few years ago is all about profit. Lost a lot of good employees because the company drags it's feet on hiring agencies to permanent.

      Pros

      Easy to get a job there since anyone in the industry knows they don't want to work there, and many people have quit leaving many vacancies to fill. The poor working class folks there are very nice people.

      Cons

      Management is a joke - completely greed driven and people are treated as equipment. This company is a sinking ship which is one reason the company is trying to sell this division and be done with them.
