Management here is truly horrible. I read the same on Glassdoor.com reviews several years ago before accepting a job here and have since validated what others are saying. Senior management is completely non-present except for the occasional all employee e-mail. They never interact with employees, are not in touch with what it takes to get work done, and appear unapproachable and disinterested. First level managers are in general nice people but not effective managers and are unable to give their employees the tools and support they need to do their jobs effectively. The company is plagued with inefficient work processes that end up causing engineers to work long hours to compensate for the inefficiencies without any senior leadership appreciation or process fixes. They have been hiring in an out of control fashion and have no actual processes for integrating new employees well or even trying to retain the employees they have. Their management of COVID-19 has also been scary with a hallmark lack of open and honest communication with employees. This company has traditionally had a strong reputation in this area, but I believe times are changing and this growth cycle they have ineffectively tried to implement is going to cause them to implode. Many customers are angry with their performance, and employees are exhausted and frustrated.

Recent executive turn-over and many organizational changes are creating some dissension. Once a US based US led company is now undisputedly a Global business with international leadership. The culture is changing (and needs to in some ways). Senior management has found that the old guard didn't have it all wrong, and they need to be careful not to throwing the baby out with the bathwater.
