This is for the Salt Lake Medical Devices. They offer a 9/80 work schedule which allows you to have every other Friday off. Hybrid work, (3 days in office). Flexible planned time off, (unlimited), and you feel allowed to use it. Emergency time off. 401k match, profit sharing, education reimbursement, cultures and values that they stand behind, continuous improvement mentality. Health benefits are competitive with included vision, company HSA contribution, FSA options, dental options, life insurance included. They have various other benefits and discount programs for your overall wellbeing including paying you for health activities. B Stock purchase program at a discount, monthly lunch, (there is a lot of us), quarterly company events. I feel I have access to any training that I might need. Management trusts me to do my work.
Cons
Older building and the on-site gym needs updating. It would also be nice to have subsidized snacks/food and a soda fountain in addition to the vending machines and coffee/tea.
