      Growing rapidly, we need more space, parking spots, conference rooms. Location is far from home.

      Pros

      Most of the engineering team has a high level of flexibility in schedule; working from home a few days per week (depending on role) and getting in 40 hours (not a strict 8hr/day). Vacation program, insurance, and 401K matching are also good Office organized/sponsored sports leagues (volleyball, frisbee, soccer, dragon boat) Multiple options for lateral and forward advancement to different roles.

      Cons

      Depending on your role, you may be working the same program for a decade (commercial aircraft). Other programs are shorter turn-around time. Bureaucracy can get in the way Some growing pains

      Super supportive work environment, great benefits, lots of fun activities/employee engagement across campus, flexible scheduling/time-off (no accruing hours or worrying about vacation time limits!), such a wonderful place to work!!
