Working here, I feel trusted and empowered to do my best work, while also able to manage life and family needs. Love the nature trails on campus at our headquarters.

Moog is very consensus-based, so it can sometimes feel like it takes a long time to advance a project or get a decision made.

Even with less than a year of tenure at Moog my opinion mattered. I get to help with the changes at this company that will help usher us into the future!

Cons

Milestones can come slow here, but while it may take a while to get things across the goal line, they will have been carefully vetted when they do come to fruition.
