Pros
First and foremost, you are working for a company that takes pride in what they do and is striving to be better every single day. It is incredible the products that are being made and the impact it has in our world today. I've worked many corporate jobs and haven't felt this excited or passionate about work in a long time. Benefits are very much above average and include higher end healthcare, dental, vision 401k match, profit share, tuition assistance, discounted stock purchase plan, tuition assistance, flexible planned vacation (unlimited pto) and more. If you live on the main campus at East Aurora, you'll also have access to an onsite health clinic, pharmacy where many of the rx is up to 50 - 75% off and vision center. There also participate in a lot of fun activities like food trucks, farmers market, yoga, car shows and summer bash type events. Updates of changes are funneled down to all the employees. CEO and leadership team has a quarterly call about the goals and health of the company. This is a huge change from previous companies I have worked at and the transparency is appreciated. Work life balance is a priority. In fact it is one of the core values of Moog that employeees should take vacation and spend time doing the things they love. If you have time, I recommend going online and looking up the values and you'll see that its written in a way for all to understand and achieve and not simply for looks. I've been here for 3 months now and feel I have found a place to call my "work" home. It also feels nice to work for a company that feels stable and is on the upside for continued company growth. There are endless career paths here and Moog has resources for you to follow a new one if you want.
Cons
Some things still seem a bit archaic like systems and processes, but it looks like they are working on that too.
