      - Good teammates - Good company culture (look for solutions, don't point fingers, its my job) - Accommodating with PTO

      Cons

      - Current CEO is focusing on stock price to the detriment of what makes Moog great. - Feels like we are becoming just another aerospace company

      Once was a great engineering minded company. There are still a few left that remember what engineering was like before profits took precedent.

      Major shift from cooperate to consolidate around profit at all cost and shifting engineering resource/development to East Aurora.
