      Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We appreciate your feedback; however, we are sad to hear that you’re having a negative experience with us. What you describe is not what we strive for. We want all our employees to have the tools they need to succeed, which is why we are taking strides towards improving the new hire experience. We currently have managers spearheading an initiative to develop an Onboarding Hub to house Moog knowledge and expectations in a central location. We are also continually developing our Achieve @ Moog platform with the intent to aid in onboarding as well as exploration of the various roles Moog has to offer.       Moog is a great place to further your career

      Pros

      Moog is a great place to work. Their culture is second to none. From my first day you could tell that Moog is different than most companies. You can just tell that everyone wants to be there and are all super helpful. Moog works off of your strengths and allows you to grow your career to the best of your ability. From what I have seen salaries are very fair if not better than expected based on the job position.

      Cons

      Currently there are no cons for me personally. I am still new to Moog and currently working from home. This is not a con and right now cannot be helped due to the pandemic. I am looking forward to being in the office and to experience the Moog culture firsthand.
