      It's a great platform to learn many things and looks good on resume

      Cons

      Very toxic. It's a boys club. My boss was very bi polar. I hated working there but I was desperate for money. Everyday was miserable.

      Culture has changed. Poor Management. Salaries not competitive and perks that used to make that ok are gone
