      Pros

      1. Very nice infrastructure 2. Managers have previously worked in ADA and other prestigious companies, so a lot to learn from them. 3. Good opportunities after working in this company (especially in Mechatronics field)as they work in aerospace division.

      Cons

      1. Growth rate depends on the team in which you are working. Some teams have extensive politics. 2. Interns are given hope of job, sometimes they offer, sometimes not. 3. Many decisions are based entirely on US based managers.

      Pros

      Diversified, long term contracts, respected product lines in various industries, global resource pool, established credibility, profitable product markets. Fair pay, good benefits, pleasant work environment, enjoyable work culture,

      Cons

      Recent executive turn-over and many organizational changes are creating some dissension. Once a US based US led company is now undisputedly a Global business with international leadership. The culture is changing (and needs to in some ways). Senior management has found that the old guard didn't have it all wrong, and they need to be careful not to throwing the baby out with the bathwater.

      Pros

      Good benefits, very friendly community with a first name basis, no Titles. They also pay higher then the industry average for their positions.

      Cons

      Management could use work. No raises last year but still got bonuses and a lot of the time the little guy is overlooked and stepped on.
