      Pros

      Competitive wages and benefits , year round temperature control, and if employee is a good follower, the opportunities are decent.

      Cons

      Too clicky. Too much micromanaging in disguise of lean manufacturing. Expectations for Professional opportunities lead to believe were available tend to change once management gets what they want. If you are good at telling management what they want to hear without any successful implementations you will do well

      Pros

      Some of the staff are really lovely. Benefits can be good depending on where you're based. Work life balance is ok but can be hit and miss

      Cons

      Old school management style. Senior managers in jobs that don't know what they're doing. Poor pay. This is definitely not a people focused company anymore.
