      Pros

      Compensation & benefits are great! Get to work with very intelligent people. Work/Life balance is excellent. Managers I have worked for are great and will work with associates to meet needs.

      Pros

      good vacation but not fairly used across the employees, good benefits compared to industry standard, work flexibility

      Cons

      Vacation is unfair, resulting in some employees taking a lot and others not much. Pay has been changed resulting in unfair change in job compensation (other companies pay more).
