      Alot of autonomy to work the job. Minimal beauracy.

      Cons

      Over-worked (insufficient staff to complete projects) - results in a constant fire fighting mode.

      Pros

      Moog is a great company. They are the best supplier in many of the markets in which they compete. People are proud to work there and have a lot of pride in what they do. It's a respectful, traditional atmosphere. Great management that runs the company well. Good growth but not risky. Great benefits

      Cons

      Can be overly conservative. Engeneering focused which trumps other roles in many cases. Becomeing more progressive in this regard though. Salaries could be more competitive. Limitled opportunity for advancement if not in engineering or supply chain management role.
