Pros

Teaming is strong, trust is high, Values and beliefs are from a small company but structures are approaching mid sized. Open, easy to work with people, on a growth path and somewhere you could retire. Encourages the very best human behaviour and I've not seen this before. Masters in the field of Motion Control. Plenty of gaps for experimentation or innovation !

Cons

Lots of ambiguity makes for tough decisions. Commercial skills accross some of the engineering sectors needs improving. There are few downsides... so hard to really list them. Full of engineers that try to re-invent things that are already very obvious to those with other experience. Do not join this company if you like things "clear cut and obvious"...

Pros

Nice people and and nice facility discovered during the job interview.

Cons

Management made a hasty decision in rescinding an employment offer while the prospective employee was researching housing options. Communications is the key and this Company does not appear to have mastered it.
