      Pros

      Moog encourages and makes room for career growth within the company. They know it is difficult to find good people so if they find someone, they will really try to keep them,

      Cons

      The IT department is a bit clunky. I understand the reasons for the structure, but it makes my job a bit more difficult than it has to be. HR is clunky in a different way. Again, I understand why, but they take too long to post jobs and hire.

      Great place to work! Amazing teammates. Rewarding mission and purpose.

      Cons

      Very difficult to get hired into Moog given they are very selective on who they select to join the team. They value both competency and being a good teammate.

      Pros

      Great flexibility with work life balance. Awesome PTO benefits. Great Medical/Dental and Vision benefits. Great place to work for promotion from within. Medical facility, pharmacy and gym in one central location. Leadership is genuinely interested in hearing from their employees and considers the input received.

      None that I can think of.
