Great people, fascinating technology and engineering opportunities, generally good benefits.

Cons

Non-competitive base salary with no overtime pay for engineering. Dishonest management practices that are geared towards only pumping the stock price at the expense of employees and long term health of the company. Continuously declining product quality due to ineffective management. Work from home is only allowed for emergencies.

They will squeeze every last drop out of you, then cut your pay like they did recently to all low-mid level engineers.

Great Workplace, Team-Oriented, Great Benefits, But Lacks The Shiny & Trendy Aspects That Bigger Companies Have

Pros

Amazing access to manufacturing and material processing knowledge. Great healthcare benefits and PTO system. The Torrance location size is great for feeling like you are contributing to a team. Not too small, not too big. Everyone is willing to help and answer questions as best they can.

Cons

Not a huge amount of funding towards company events. Mentorship is team-dependent. There is no formal mentorship program for new employees. Average age is getting younger, but in general there are a lot of older employees.
