We would like to address what you mention in the Cons and Advice to Management fields. What you describe is not what we strive for. At Moog, one of our core values is “Trust is a Must,” and what you describe is not reflective of that value. Our Open Door Policy also allows employees to approach any leader in the company to discuss a problem, issue, or idea. Moog’s company culture and the way we treat each other with dignity and respect is what makes our company unique. It’s why people want to work here, why people stay, and why our customers like working with us. Our success as a company depends on it.
