      Pros

      Great work life balance with a hybrid approach to remote or in office. Plenty of room for growth and leadership team that understands its employees.

      Cons

      Hours are sporadic as it is a global company. You need to own the hours you are available an preform to those hours.

      Good culture where everyone chips in to get solve problems and get the work done. Technical work with minimal departmental silos. Competitive compensation with great benefits to boot. Those who go the extra mile are acknowledged AND compensated.

      Cons

      Poor contracts leadership results in unrealistic commitments.
