      Relative security, above average salaries for the area, diverse product allows for an employee to move around the company to find a job that interests them.

      Cons

      They know they're the best company to work for in the area, so good luck leveraging them. Management has lost focus on keeping employees happy in favor of shareholder profits. Training is absolutely non-existent, and getting any outside training is an act of god. Temps are treated like crap, and have the permanent job "carrot" dangled in front of them regularly, yet the temps are rarely if ever hired on as permanent employees.

      The company provides a paycheck. But pay is generally lower than deserved,

      Everything. A newcomer will be faced with numerous employees who have worked there 30 plus years. Watch out for the Project Managers. Dishonesty is not frowned upon. Intensely disliked working there and glad I found another job. Even going in the last day was a pain.
