Most disorganized, dysfunctional company I've work for

Pros

It's a job and it pays (sort of). Still waiting on last paycheck.

Cons

- Onboarding: non-existent. Former manager went on vacation for two weeks right the day after I started. Had to learn the ropes and history about the client. that's fine as I'm used to it. - No communication about anything. No work was ever assigned. No due dates communicated. Yet they said I wasn't turning things in ontime. How is that if there are no due dates and nothing is assigned? Am I a mind reader? Flip flopping on work/life balance- it would be remote then changed it to once a week. Yet anyone who lives out of state - it's ok to be fully remote. - No diversity. Just a bunch of white people who think they know everything. (Hint: they don't)
