      Pros

      I've had a fantastic experience. You get to drill down on what you want to do, while also being exposed to other competencies. Benefits are solid. Good for people at all levels in their career journey and at all ages. Diverse staff and women in positions of authority, Best of all: 1) they really care about their staff and make you feel heard; and 2) people are genuinely willing to help and to teach others.

      Cons

      Hard to think of a downside. Moore is a victim of its own huge success in that the work keeps coming with no let-up. Good problem to have!

      Cons

      Absolutely no diversity at the top. You will not be promoted unless you look a certain way. Needs to do better with DEI initiatives. Benefits are getting worse and increasing in costs. Way too much restructuring and confusion with no straight answers.
