Guarantee pay. That's about it.

Cons

Long hours, you do everything. Doesn't value people, your just a number. Slave drivers. Something is wrong if they go through a whole new staff in a year to a year and a half.

Not really interested in giving a full review of the company. there is not a lot to say, very long work hours, very little chance to hit actual bonus' as they need to be hit

Cons

there are many cons including the fact that they do not believe in sitting down, even in the break room, so look forward to standing at least 50 hours a week... hours are long.
