Pros

Amazing money. I earned $81,000 my 1st year with no furniture experience. A solid sales team with hardly any commission disputes. Made great friends with everyone. A scipt and sales technique that really works if you follow it. Advancement possibilities but top sales people out earn management easily. Lots of contest and bonuses.

Cons

long hours and lots of cleaning.
