Pros
1. The independence, working here feels like you are obligated to do something but with your own ideas/ways of doing things. 2. The room for growth, not feeling like your stuck with doing one certain thing all the time. 3. The culture and integrity, when things don't seem good, they adapt to ways that work rather quickly. 4. Take opinions from all sources to improve where/when needed. 5. The product we have, and the environment doesn't seem like just a factory, every day is different weather its good or bad.
Cons
1. Unknown future with business for now. 2. Although values are talked about being important, they don't always happen. gotten a lot better than it was. 3. work life balance wasn't good but is improving. hopefully we can stay focused on this.
