      Pros

      Friendly, family-feeling environment. Flexible with time-off. Lots of activities going on from month to month. Great group of people to work for and work with.

      Cons

      This area is known for businesses coming and going. I think Morgan Olson may suffer from this stigma due to past companies. It makes some people feel a lack of job security.

      Pros

      Started on the floor with desire to move up and make a career. I worked hard and gave it my all. It was very hard work. Soon was advanced to the next level; then nearly two years later was made a team lead, yet another two years advanced to a supervisor. After three years as supervisor was promoted to a manger position.

      Cons

      The work is very hard. You are on your feet all day. Now, in the manager position, I am not on my feet, but the mental exhaustion can be overwhelming. We go days with almost no break at all.

      Working at Morgan Olson is like having a 2nd family, my team genuinely care about each other. If you are a hard worker, there is the opportunity to be promoted quickly and receive increases.

      Cons

      The job is hard and physically demanding. Also, can be hot in the summer.
