In Loudon there is a pay scale implemented for our assembly employees. It is available for anyone to review including information publicly available on our Facebook page. Our pay in Loudon for assembly currently increases by $1.00 per hour for each step Assembler I - Assembler IV. All employees in assembly start at level I.

We have available to us and use market data to ensure that our pay and benefits remain competitive to other like employers in the region. The data suggests that our top out pay is competitive. We know sometimes others will pay more for a job or an individual. The same applies here as we often hire individuals who were previously working elsewhere as they seek to improve their pay.
