Pros

Fast-paced environment, with a "boots on the floor" attitude. If you like to get your hands dirty, this is the company. The personnel are overall really hard-working, and truly want to do a great job. New truck platforms are beginning to be utilized in their product portfolio.

Cons

The quality can be inconsistent, and the tools production personnel have available to use are very limited. The traditional product line is very old, and needs to be refreshed.

They control a good portion of the market. The engineering staff gets along pretty well. Lots of very knowledgeable, helpful people. Decent compensation.

Cons

A lot of their processes could use some work. Short deadlines for trucks can result in thing being rushed and needing fixed after completion. Nobody stays in upper management for very long.
