      Steady work. Not a lot of consistency or growth area. There aren't many safety measures being implemented on daily. Work a lot of hours. Good place to work if you rock bottom

      Cons

      People in higher positions don't have respect for general workers. Reminds you of hazard county. Everyone with any type of decent position is related (a lot of nepotism)
