Plenty of opportunities for advancement, good benefits, time off, lots of holidays, and yearly raises

Hours can change. You may go a while working a lot of overtime and then have a period of no overtime.

Working Schedule is 4- 10 hour shift off on Fridays. Communcation is great from upper management down to production. Morgan Olson has great team members that enjoy coming to work. Room for promotions within the company.

They run blindly into brick walls. They make terrible decisions for managers who never look in at themselves. It’s everyone else who is the problem and at fault, yet they do not take anyone’s advice. This is the problem from the top down.
