Pros

Morningstar offers some opportunities to work flexible. The work pressure is limited thus you might have a good work/life balance.

Cons

The salary is often unsatisfied. Management team does a poor job keeping the top performers as there is little correlation between employee's performance and their compensation.

work hour, good vacation, 401K, tuition pay

Cons

mid level mgrs do not have real experience some so call sr mgrs do nothing but bullshiting all the days do not have opportunity to raise low pay

pays 80% tuition. flexible working hours. reasonable timeline. performance based pay increase and compensation. fun and enegetic people to work with. no endless meetins.

Cons

Stays in the company for 2 more years after a degree completion. working overtime. not competitive base pay. not enough focus on development.
