Pros

Good place to start out and gain experience. Given a lot of freedom right off the bat. Good work life balance for the most part. Casual workplace.

Cons

Compensation a bit low. Too many recent strategic changes too quickly, leaving a lot of employees worried and confused. Benefits decreasing since recession.

Pros

Opportunity to learn abou the financial markets and to grow professionally. Good benefits. Relatively low stress environment.

Cons

Poor decision-making process. Siloed businesses, with a lack of customer-focus. Too much focus on product, not on supporting the sales effort. Senior mgt does not support honest internal feedback.
