Pros

Casual environment, somewhat flexible work days, great facility and location, free beverage service (latte, espresso, dunkin drip coffee, soda fountain drinks, teas, etc.), open floor plans with plenty of light for everyone, intelligent and hardworking people and an ethical CEO.

Cons

At times, those in low-profile roles may feel overworked and underappreciated. Investment in employee training and development is almost nonexistent.
