Cons

bad training no one works hard no incentive to work hard the pay is bad alot of people do as they please I feel like I was shirked out of a position because of tenure and also because of HR not revealing the correct things to me.

Pros

The company has a generous and friendly culture. There is a real "investor comes first" attitude which underlies the whole philosophy of the business - it's not lip service, per some sell side places.

Cons

It shows all the signs of a company which is growing too fast. Lots of areas of the business just don't know how to interface with others. Compensation is not great.
